Products I Love
In spring 2022, I went through major life change all at once. We moved from Colorado to Tennessee, had a toddler and newborn, and I left a career of 12 years to care for our family and home. Nothing felt familiar, I felt a lot of anger at times and I struggled to accept new ways of thinking and operating. Then in summer 2023, I experienced two miscarriages consecutively. I was crushed by loss and the emotional and physical rollercoaster.
I found myself wanting to reach for nourishing products to help me through the adjustments. As I have been teaching yoga and also surrounded by others in a similar stage of life (moms of littles), I have wanted to share these products with others!
These are clean products for nutrition, makeup and skincare that support a healthy, low-inflammatory, non-toxic lifestyle in so many ways.
